Shipping Policy

All Pixel & Vine Goods candles are hand-poured in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Pixel & Vine Goods is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at pixelandvinecreative@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preference

  • Minor variations in finish or appearance

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Handmade Variations

Each vessel is individually finished by hand, which means slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. No two vessels are exactly alike.

Candle Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface and keep away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, or flammable materials. Discontinue use when approximately 1/4 inch of wax remains.
